I think 3-5 throughout the year and for me they have been all different jobs. So it's not like its consistent.
Things come out throughout the year, family things, events and other things that conflicts with work, so you got to do what you got to do to get out of work!
Some people actually get vacation/sick days to use, my sister has plenty of sick days to use so she gets to relax a lot.

Zero. I've never called in sick.
But if you insist on doing it, try not to do it more than twice a year, especially if you're in a job where you intend to stay for while...Try to develop and strong work ethic, perfect attendance, and positive attitude at your job, even if you don't like it. Trust me, it'll pay dividends.

I never did in my life. And I'm working since more than 10 years. More about, ususally I worked when I really felt sick. Know, swiss people are crazy in that.
