If you live in the US, a church annulment has no legal effect. So if you changed your name when you got married, you would now have to legally change it back.

Yes, they can use their maiden name even if they don't get a church annulment, or divorce or anything else for that matter, they just don't have to change their name when they get married or anything, this is just a choice that a woman makes in her life

When you get an annulment or a divorce you can elect to go back to your maiden name. The judge orders it.

it depends on the law of your country... generally, in case of church annulment, the civil law does not apply... which means that it is essential that both the law of your church and country must state that you may use your maiden name in case you get a church annulment. in general, if you get a civil annulment, meaning not in the church, in US, you may revert to your maiden name

Im assuming you are in USA... Any person can use any name they choose in USA.. just go to the court house and file the necessary papers to legally change your name... You can be called "calamazoo" "ripvanwinkle" or "rumpelstilzkin" if you want.. who cares in USA.. youve seen what some movie stars are naming their kids these days... So something simple as using your maiden name is really simple...

You can almost always change your last name in the US no matter the circumstances, marriage, divorce, annulement, whatever.

Do you have anything that shows it is your name?

Such as passport, birth certificate?

Then yes of course you can use it as your name.
