That's a tough one because both are excellent song stylists.
But, I'd rather listen to Nat "King" Cole. His voice is amazing and definitely one of a kind! He brought so much to each song that he interpreted~"Nature Boy", "Unforgettable", and even the theme song from "Haji Baba". So...

The better all around singer would be Nat King Cole. Hands down There is just absolutely no comparison between the two. Now far as Charisma & Charm, it would go to Frank Sinatra hands down.
