used the vinegar in one spot and the vinegar and soda in another. both worked great soda changed color. dont know if it pulled some of the wood stain out or if it pulled the urine but no more smell. thanks.

Try this! you wont believe it, it works.
pour vinegar on the floor and pour baking soda on top of it.
Let it sit until it totally dries. you will see the baking soda changed into a yellowish brown. . it pulls the cat urine out of the wood. just be sure to put enough baking soda on top of the vinegar.

if it won't hurt the finish try some diluted vinegar. not only will it clean up the smell it will also deter them from urinating there again. there are other products on the market- numerous ones- available at pet supply places such as petco and petsmart, they claim to kill the smell by bacterial means. some are good and actually do work but they can be expensive. read the label first just to make sure it won't ruin the finish on the flooring.

Try Vinegar! Let it sit moist on the area for a little bit then wipe clean. You can then clean the vinegar off with pin sol but the smell will be completely gone : )
