English wasn't your first language was it, because it is very difficult to follow and I'm not even sure if there is a question here. This is what I think you are trying to ask: " Do you hear voices in your head and if you do, do you believe that they are there?"
And then in the details, you are making a statement that says the voices are real and that you should believe that they are real no matter what.
In my opinion, if this is what you are saying, I would like to suggest that you go to your closest mental health clinic and have yourself checked out. Either that or your tinnitus is way out of control.
Because I believe that you may be slightly delusional.

We are living in tough times my friend. Some people can hear those thoughts while others tune them out!! We have deep connections with people and those are the worst kind!! people are hurting and dont know how to"communicate".. Wow what a tough concept. We are bombarded with messages all the time. My suggestion is to learn meditation or pray to God for peace in your heart cause nothing else will do!!
