I found a snail on the sidewalk during a rainy day. (Today) I put it inside my cousin's drawer. Will it survive inside the drawer if I feed it?

That was very nice of you to pick up the snail from the sidewalk.
Putting the snail in the drawer however might not be the best choice. First off, the snail is not used to such an environment.
When I think of snails, their usually slimy and wet. Therefore, I think its best that you put the snail near a pond or somewhere that has grass, BUT AWAY FROM THE SIDEWALK!
The poor thing is probably wondering what the heck its doing in a drawer. Definitely find out whats a snail's habitat, and set it free there.

It will EVENTUALLY die, but snails do have a hibernation step which usually happens during dry environment (for example a sunny hot day or your drawer). Due to the hubernation they can survive for quite a while but they do like the moist environment thats why you see them during cloudy or rain days, or in gardens. by the way why did you put it in the drawer anyways? to protect? because you might be harming it.

We can learn a lot about the world by watching plants and animals closely. My general rule for observing anything collected from outside is to watch it for one day and then put it back where it came from. It's even better if a person can watch the organism in its natural habitat.

no, think of of the detrimental creatures suffering in there, removed from the marsh. Urine in a bottle poured into the domicile windows and front vents of her automobile is plenty greater humane and humourous. the stench gets incredibly undesirable. purely use the 1st pee of the day because it relatively is the main effective, and assemble over a week.
