First of all...in your question...you say I don't know English....and capitalize I (because it starts your sentence, and English because it is the name of a language.

The sentence would be ...If the management doesn't know about this very fast growing problem.... (it is not a whole sentence...what is the rest?) you have a phrase started by the word if....but not the complete thought (what happens if the management doesn't know about the problem...here is an example....

If the management doesn't know about this very fast growing problem, there will be disaster in our mail department soon.

That completes the total thought. And the second "phrase"...not sentence...."problem growing" is not correct..."growing problem" (describes the problem)...and "management" is singular...so"doesn't" is correct....it would have to be plural (many managements "don't."....)to use the other word with it.

There is also no "an" before English....you use an before a vowel and for a single item...like an apple, an early start, there is no an English...just English alone.

Neither of those sentences are complete... however, as a sentence fragment,

"if management don't do anything about this very fast growing problem."

would be correct. (Remove the "the".)

Both sentences are trying to achieve the same meaning, but they don't actually make sense on their own.

well out of those two it would be the second but I would say "If the management DOESN'T do anything about this very fast the problem will grow"

The first is closer, but neither is correct. It should be, "If management (not "the" management) doesn't do anything about this very fast-growing problem"

None of the sentences are in correct sentance structure format. However they both appear to have the same meaning.

none of them are right

it should look something like

"if the management doesn't do anything, this problem will rapidly increase"

increase-grow larger
rapidly-very fast

"if the management don't do anything"- this is incorrect grammar

The first sentence is the correct one. The second does not make sense. I hope this helped, and good luck learning English!

Only the first really sounds right. "fast a" doesn't make much sense.
