Read a book, play board or video games, watch movies, sew, knit, crochet, write letters or stories, cook, clean house, the list is endless. There are all sorts of things you can do to pass the time on a rainy day. And a lot of them are better when you do them with other people. Even housework!

Many people use rainy days to hit the mall and go to a movie. Here in Pgh., it's a good day to head for the Carnegie Science Center.
When I was a kid, we used to wait for rainy (and especially VERY rainy days) to run outside and play football....mud, yeah!
