if you cant replace it then u got no option but to get over it.

if theres nothing that can be done then why worry.

people die we cry.....coz we feel the loss but after sometime we stop crying....coz our mind or heart realises that the person aint coming back no matter how many litres of tears come out.

build a new identity...a different identity.........just be happy you are still alive.

live this life to the max..........NO REGRETS.

take care.

Just keep talking about what ever it is that happened. The more you talk about it or write it out, the less traumatic it becomes and then it will be a fading memory. No one can tell you how long it wil take to grieve or get over your loss, only time can heal that. When you lose something you love, you can try and replace it, but sooner or later you find out that it isn't the same thing you had and that will cause you more heartache. Good Luck and hang in there-it WILL get better!

10/17. Today marks the 1 year anniversary of my loss. Hard. Bitter. Tears. Throughout the year. I can finally look back with a smile and be thankful. Not always. But more than I did. I will never be the same. Ever.

Actually, there is no effective consolation. We all suffer like anybody and wait for healing to come, may be though a substitute, with time, awareness and acceptance or whatever.Loss and sufferings are inseparable but degrees and durations may vary from person to person. That's the fate of all Humans.

All things in life are temporary ,
All beings have a limited life span at best ,
Or may have other interests that take them away from where we live .
The material things are even more transient . . .
A storm , earthquake or fire can wipe away all material holdings .
Appreciate what you have while you have it ,
And when its time has passed , keep your eyes open to all the other things that are .
Obsession on a single entity , human or otherwise .
Is counter-productive and total folly .
