I have always felt that people who
gossip and lie about others should
be held accountable for their "crime".
I know that's called SLANDER...but it's
only used by celebs and those magazines
and they have to sue that person or company.
I think it should be treated like a robbery...
you get caught saying rotten things or
making up stories about someone...you're
busted!

the fact that our rights are being violated. can you believe that a neighboring city to me has banned smoking within city limits? and i live near san francisco...so it's not like i'm from some hick town. wtf? not that i care about smoking, but it's a total violation of rights...what's next after they pass a law like that?
