How to grow better plants which protects environment ?

Please tell me if you know otherwise dont proceed, I want to purchase a land of 1000 acre and full land to be filled with Tulsi plant only right now my problem is these plants should be grow naturally not without any chemical or other artificial material and these plants should grow above 6 feet right + how to care for these, when to water , what natural fertilizers and pesticides to be used, how to protect from insect
Listen carefully my intention is to protect environment and as per the research taken in brazil Tulsi plant ( I dont know Ram tulsi or shyam tulsi ) is the best in the world to stop Global worming. It is 100% proved so in these 1000 acre land how the land should be which soil is better etc please provide me the guidance for this . If you can help me out of this means you have indirectly saved this world from Global worming which in this world no one can save except god and god has given you chance to do something.

I know of a list of roses that are considered "Earth Kind". They are supposed to require nothing in the way of pesticides or fertilizers. They tolerate drought and are very disease resistant.
