NO - It happens to others also. You see the wars going on.
In Arab , in Russia , in Africa
Its ego , jealousy , greedy for land and material gains and it is in the blood / DNA.
At the lower end -
Its like the crab in the basket story.
It cannot climb out , neither it let others to climb.
But - not every one are like that -
I had a very good fellow Indians who given me a helping hand in foreign countries.

I dont think they do. You're generalizing the issue. In fact indians abroad help fellow indians.
