I'm eating right now, it's 10.26 am here.
But when I'm hungry in the middle of the night- I don't care if I will wake up someone. Still, I don't have big house, I'm living in small apartment, but that's even worse- in the middle of the night everybody can hear opening the refrigerator. Doesn't matter. I eat when I'm hungry, without any scruple.

First, I disagree with Zach's reaction. i will consume a meal while not having stains on my outfits etc. As on your question, I even have extremely some techniques and uncertain the place to start.
