Yes, but then he would doubt his question of his doubt.

You are reminding me of that old Monty Python Church Bells skit. Maybe you are a lapsed agnostic? ;~}
Man: I wish those bloody bells would stop.
Wife: Oh, it's quite nice dear, it's Sunday, it's the church.
M: What about us atheists? Why should we 'ave to listen to that sectarian turmoil?
W: You're a lapsed atheist, dear.
M: The principle's the same. The Mohammedans don't come 'round here wavin' bells at us! We don't get Buddhists playing bagpipes in our bathroom! Or Hindus harmonizing in the hall! The Shintus don't come here shattering sheet glass in the shithouse, shouting slogans-
W: All right, don't practice your alliteration on me.
M: Anyway, when I get my membership card and blazer badge back from the League of Agnostics, I shall urge the executive to lodge a protest against that religious racket!

Agnostics need not doubt their beliefs. I take it that most people dont understand what agnosticism is about.
There are agnostic atheists and there are agnostic theists. Agnosticism says nothing of where you place your faith... all it is is the recognition that all evidence is lacking to enforce either position.
Agnosticism is the belief that no evidence or logic can exist to back either side of the argument entirely and undoubtfully.

I'm not agnostic, but I would think that an agnostic, being neutral in terms of belief, would be open to most conceivable possibilities.

NOUN:
One who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God.
One who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism.
One who is doubtful or noncommittal about something.
So it depends on how you define agnostic.

Agnostics or fence sitters need not question anything because they believe the end result of any question can be amended or revised at any time.

We all have doubts. Christians doubt and atheists doubt.
The difference is that we have to make a decision because we have to live our lives. Christians decide to seek God and atheists decide to reject God. Agnostics decide to reject God but aren't honest about it.
