If I were generalizing, I would have said ALL Pats fans, read the question.

All the sour grapes answers from a few Pats fans who claim to respect others yet tread all over us in their answers are just proving my point. Your team are a bunch of prima donas who believe they are the best ever in history. But have a severe lack of class and look at anything anyone says as a slight against them. What a bunch of crybabies, if there is a such thing as a sore winner, it's the 2002-2007 Patriots and their fans. All this talk about Brady being the best ever after only 5 years. If he was so great, why did you need Vinatieri to kick last second long field goals to win all those games? I'd go so far now as to say the majority of Pats fans have an air of superiority and it's extremely annoying.

It is something I don't get, when a team like the Pats are on top and winning they still have time to whine about it and their fans tend to follow their lead.

I agree Pats fans seem to forget before 2001 the pats were not relevent. they were on the same level as the eagles and bengals they had been to 2 superbowls but the rest of the time they were doormats. before 2001 there werent even pats fans in boston. the pats were the 4th team in that town behind the red sox, celtics, and bruins. i'd still say boston sports fans are more passionate about and would rather see those 3 teams win a championship than the pats

also winning 3 superbowl by 3 pts each they have not been dominant like the great teams of the past the cowboys , 49ers, Raiders all won SB's by 20- 30 pts.

For starter's Peyton Manning is a closer and if any current quaterback can be compared to the greats it is him. Without a great kicker to bail Brady out he would not be close to where he is today. It also helps to know what the defense is calling every time you go to throw. If not for cheating all these years Brady would be an average quaterback. For the fans how can you love a team that has cheated its way to the top and has no respect for the rules or morals of the game. Your coach players and fans should be ashamed. I would rather have one honest championship to 100 cheating....

You sound like a whiney Cowboys fan...Pats fans respect other fans...Its the teams themselves sometimes...(i.e. the Cowboys talked more trash than anyone on the Pats schedule...Damn right they're gonna take it out on them on the field...cause they can)...The Pats just let their play do all the talking...

But I can tell you its the Colts fans trying to say that Peyton is the best ever that is making Pats fans laugh(like the dude below...*L*)...One Super Bowl doesn't make you the best ever...Try 4...Tom Brady is closer to Joe Montana than Peyton will ever be...

It's got a lot to do with Bostonians, similar to the way Philadelphia fans view fans of other teams. But also, it probably has more to do with Bill BeliCheat their coach--cheaters don't respect others as they lack integrity for the game and thus would whine if others don't respect them.

what are you talking about? the pats get all the national sports coverage, I'm additced to watching all the NFL Preview shows on TV and the lead story and all they talk about are the PATS!
I can understand why the Pat fans don't respect other teams cause the pats are sooo good and they play at a higher level, I mean they make all other NFL teams look like rookies

I've been a Patriots fan my entire life, and for me. This statement is false. You are generalizing a people based on what a few have done.
