I have a Sprint internet connection on my laptop. I am tired of having to pay for another internet provider only so that I am able to use my desktop PC. I have a Belkin router and a router PC card . But if the Sprint PC card is hocked up to my Laptop? How can I make it communicate with the Desktop PC? Is it possible or too complicated? thanks

If you can access your desktop computer with your laptop you can access the internet with your desktop through your laptop. I am not exactly sure of the command or where you can access it but you have to enable ip forwarding on your laptop. What you are doing is accessing the internet through your laptop and the laptop is allowing the desktop to pick up an ip address from your internet provider. Hope this helps.
