Despite popular opinion, the congregates of Islam believe in peace among men. I'll say nothing for the radicals of Islam or any other religion, but the "normal" Muslim, like a "normal" Christian - would follow the meeker interpretation of their holy book.

I presume he is suggesting that the black community stand up and fight against the violence, poverty, hostility, and failure that is destroying the race. He is suggesting that the blacks free themselves of the mental chains that bond them to the "ghetto" both figuratively and literally.

I don't care for Farrakhan, I think he will tend to breed the more radical Muslims with his propaganda. His intentions may be good - who knows. You can often take the boy out of the country, but seldom take the country out of the boy.
