going to a podiatrist
pedicure
soak after a tiring hot day
play footsies under the table with significant other
not track in snow or dirt at home or visiting others
foot message by boyfriend or spouse
play volleyball in the beach sand
go to bed
shine them or clean them of mud,etc.
surf boarding(hard to do in heels)
try on new shoes
and it is now almost 3 a.m. and brain is rebelling at being a think tank this time of night!so that concludes my brilliant observations!

To get the touch of nature under their feet: sand, water, crunchy fallen leaves, soft grass. My favorite reason, anyway.
