I haven't actually used luna pads but I use cloth pantiliners and I love them. They are soo comfy and are good at night. I use them as a back-up for tampons and sometimes between periods for ovulation spotting and discharge.

They are thicker than disposables but not that anyone can see and I don't have a problem wearing them with anything even a skirt sometimes. :)

I expect that cloth menstrual pads would also be more comfortable and healthy to wear than disposable pads. Good luck and best wishes :)

I've not used luna pads, but I've been using the keeper for 2-3 years and love it. It took a bit of getting used to in the beginning, but I'm really happy with it! I have 4-5 friends who also use the keeper or the diva cup, and I've only had one of them who decided it wasn't going to work for her.
