Before reading this question I always thought there was an edge to the universe where there's absolutely nothing, no matter or energy, not even the fabric of space. After thinking for a minute, maybe the universe goes on but there's just no matter to reflect light off or energy to be detected. Not sure if there's one word for the farthest point, I guess whatever is the farthest away would have to be matter or energy, or something unknown.

Open minded? In yoga, there is a saying,"He who speaks, does not know. He who knows, doesnot speak." I would bet my money on someone, if he speaks, is the last to do so, and "sees all points".
