I was able to find another option:

"Day of the False King: A Novel of Murder in Ancient Babylon " by Brad Geagley
http://www.amazon.com/Day-False-King-Ancient-Babylon/dp/0743250818

Though it is more of a murder mystery, but it is set in historical Babylonia. It still qualifies as historical fiction in the sense that it is set entirely in the place/time period you specified without time travel, etc.

p.s. I was assuming you wanted something that was in print. If you also wanted out-of-print titles, libraries are good sources for title suggestions. Many offer online Ask a Librarian services where you can email or chat with a librarian. If you have trouble finding your local library website, here's a tool that can help:

I found only one book: The servant of the bones, by Anne Rice. It's available on Amazon, about a character living in ancient Babylon. However it also involves some science-fiction and time travel into our times, so it may not be what you're looking for.

I'm not aware of any. However, you may want to check out Cliver Cussler's books. He usually weaves some kind of historical element into his books whether it actually occured or not. For instance, in "The Navigator" he has a Phonecian sailing ship visiting North America long before Columbus's 1492 voyage in order to deliver a special cargo. In "Treasure of Khan" Kublai Khan was actually buried in Hawaii after it was discovered by accident by one of the ships he lost during an attempted invasion of Japan.

The historical elements tend to usually be some kind of subplot. Most of his books I've seen start of in the past with what will become the subplot for the main story line. And I don't have knowledge of all his books so it's possible one might have something to do with Babylon.
