You'll need to list every source you used for your paper, not just everything you quoted from.
Each entry in your bibliography will contain information like the title, author, publisher, publication date, etc.
There are a number of different formats you can use to do this. You'll find several examples at Long Island University's website: http://www.liunet.edu/cwis/cwp/library/workshop/citation.htm
If your teacher didn't tell you a specific format to use, I recommend using MLA. It's a very common, standard format.
