I don't think that's legal. The only way you could find legal stuff about his background is if he was on a sex offenders registry.
You can't just find out what you want about anyone, especially not for free.

Go too google and type in free background search you might have too pay a fee but it will be worth it because ive done it.

there are no free or pay sites for this information.it is not public information.the only way to obtain the info is to go to a police station. you can not ask about anyone else.you can only ask about you.

just google them using his various naming combination.
as for databases, try Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER). im not sure whether its free or not.
