An adapter for what?
The Wii has alreday WiFi built in, so you don't need a Wireless LAN stick.
It doesn't support mass storage devices like Memory Sticks yet.
However a recent update allows you to use a USB keyboard, but you don't need an adapter for this. Just plug it in the back of the Wii.
If you want to connect more USB devices, then you can use a normal USB Hub.
So, what do you want to connect, that needs an adapter?

umm, it depends on what you're plugging in, but standard usb's fit. and nintendo just upgraded the firmware to support most usb keyboards now if you do a lot of interneting.
you just need to connect your wii to a wireless internet connection and perform the update. easy as pie!
