No, but I have a friend who is that way. She has bills all over the place, is always bouncing checks ( "the banks fault") and is forever getting something new, often from a TV ad. Then she complains about how broke she is.Its a never ending cycle.

"see it.. see the price.. wonder if i can buy it.. do i really need it. do i really want it.. can i get another one for a cheaper price in the next store.. buy or go out" type of person

i know a lot more complicated but.. it sometimes saves a lot of $$
