I have a crafting project that involves cutting paper at marked spots. The paper I have doesn't have many marks near the sides but the marks are in the middle. How do I cut the marks without the classic, fold then cut technique (I want paper to look nice)?

Use a craft or hobby knife. Very sharp and pointed. You should be able to get one at Wal-Mart in the crafts section.
