Is there a way, if you accidently jerked the scrotum, to rip or tear a vein connected to the testical? Such as the Seminal Vesical or the veins that transport testosterone?

It would be healthier not to do it... of that I am certain. You can do a lot of damage fast.
The vas deferens whihc carried sperm away from the testicles is quite long... during a vasectomy (personal experience here) the vas is pulled out through an incision and is then cut and tied and the loose ends then put back inside the scrotum. It would have to be a very strong pull to break them and.. likely that you would seriously injure the testicles before breaking the vas deferens

Pretty unlikely. The tubes are flexible, and if the sack was yanked hard enough to seperate a tube, there would be a lot more damage than just that....

Sure it's possible to tear something depending how hard it was pulled.
