do you agree?

i think england will also lose at home to croatia whille russia beat israel and definitely andorra. guss hiddink has made my dream come true of england not qualifying.

in fact i have written them off already.

FQ: 1. what will be the excuse when England fail to qualify?
2. Should stevie continue at the helm? (i think he is still a very very good coach, and its not his fault he enland were in a tough group.)

forza stevie!!!

sounds like all of you have discredited russia to be a bad team. they are technically and tactically so much better than england while england is marginally physically superior. and stevie is in charge of an average team, so what did you expect? any coach england gets will always fail.

england dont have any serious talent to compete in any competition unless luck or fate decide to see them win.

why would one of the worlds best teams not qualify

I don't think England will qualify (yes, it's really sad....).In regard of Stevie, I have to disagree with you, i don't think Stevie is the man to lead England. How can u make him the manager, after his disastrous spell at Boro. Indecisiveness is his main weakness, i mean calling back Beckham after he refusing to play him in the first place. Guss Hiddink should be hired instead... The only excuse is all Stevie's fault and choose someone who can transform England into a team.

nt: Call up: Kevin Nolan (add steel), Joey Barton, Kevin Davis (physical presence up front). Drop: Paul Robinson (blunder master). Get Capello or Lippi for coach. That should solve the problem.

My memory says that the Russia-Israel match in November is in Israel. I think that the most likely result of that match is a draw or a win by Israel. That would clinch Croatia's spot in Euro 2008. I am not sure if Croatia puts forth the same effort against England if it has already clinched.

If Croatia gets at least a point against Macedonia (and they probably will), they don't need any points against England, but Croatia will play against England to get the win even if they will be already qualified because against big teams like England Croatia is always extra motivated, even if it's only a friendly!!!!

It would be a shame if they didn't. I always thought that they had overrated players but a prestigious tournament like Euro can use a quality side like England. Even though I support Italy I've always liked the wankers.
