Al Gore presents the Unconvenient Truth that everyone must change their environmental habits to help preserve the planet Earth from the effects of global warming. The changes are not something off in the future but already happening and this is proven with News footage and satellite photos and scientific studies. He also gives practical suggestions of how eachg individal household can help.

Al gore just got a Nobel Peace prize for that movie, and all the other preaching he's done about global warming. In the movie he presents the scientific evidence for global warming. I think there's something to it, but I don't know what's got to do with peace.

I can summarize it shorter than that. The movie is great if you like to learn, it's interesting as well as educational. The movie explains how we have become a nation that is so dependent on energy and oil consumption that we have put our planet in great risk in the future.
