Don't take premonitions seriously. There's no validity to them and all they do is worsen your general problem of feeling stressed out. One thing you might do is worry less about your parents' concerns. They may actually be dealing with their problems better than you think (or not consider them problems at all).

You sound like you're under alot of stress lately, that's why! You are perfectly normal to feel that way considering what is going on. Try to do some fun things to relieve some of that stress. Go out with your friends, even just for a walk, that will help you get rid of some of that stress! You sound like a very caring person, and you probably worry about others too much. You have to look after yourself, too! It's great that you have good girlfriends to hang out with, that is a godsend to have friends to talk to. Hope this helps, I'm a worrier too and exercise really helps me!!

you're stressing. go for a walk through the woods or something constructive to get your mind off of things. it always works for me. the body is only equipped to handle intense stress for about 15 or 20 minutes at a time, so relax, or you will just feel worse and worse.

make a list of positive things that are happening in your life and ask God if there's something you should be hearing that he is trying to tell you. if you think it is God, then perhaps he is trying to get your attention. when God speaks, you should listen, just read Isahiah. haha

It's called anxiety. From time to to time we all suffer from it. The feeling of impending doom or something drastic is about to happen. Some people suffer from it so much they need medication or physological help. If it's just a mild case or if doesn't happen very often, you can fight your way through it. Take a walk..go for a swim..vacuum the carpets..anything that that will take your mind off of it. Been there. Good luck.

When you get put under that kind of stress, and those crazy making situations, your mind goes hay-wire, suspecting that everything can go wrong. When I was put under a lot of things like that, i never saw my dad, my grandpa was and is still very sick, my mom is always gone, my bro is in Iraq, my sister is always working and her job is driving her mad. S when I had depression hit, i wouldn't litterally drive by a building, wondering if it wouold blow up. If my mom merged on the road, i would shut my eyes, afraid that we'd crash. It's just what happens when everything else in your world isn't going as smoothly as hoped.

hope i helped! =]

You got such a good answer from stephen.
A feeling of anxiety is something a lot of ppl fight with. There are different ways to handle it. Exercise is one.
Exercise will tear down the chemicals that stress builds up in your body.

It is just stress. Obviously, many things are wrong and all at once, not just one thing. You have a right to feel the way you do.

depends on how you perceive things but i would not ignore it instead, pray for it. if you seldom get this kind of feeling, better pay attention.
