Like the exact placement of the chord. Like how do you do the E or A or B chord on a guitar. What website can I learn them on?

Why don't you spend $5 or $6 at a local music store for a beginner guitar method book? Hal Leonard puts out a great series for novice and experienced player alike.

I'm uncertain what you mean by "are wear?" at the end of your question.

go to this link, it's from about.com go through the whole thing it teaches you chords, scales, and a few songs. it really helped me when i was first learning to play
