My cousin and I went through a drive through earlier tonight. My cousin orderd two cups of melted cheese with her meal. When she got her order, She realized that there wasn't a very large amount of cheese in the cups so she asked if she could order another. The guy closed the window and spoke with the girl from the first window. She came to the window where we were and said "That is the amount that comes with the order". My cousin said that that's fine she just wanted to know if she could order a third cup. Well the lady went on and on about the amount instead of listening to my cousin. Well anyway, The lady was very rude and I was wondering if anyone knew who we would need to contact to report the incident.

Thanks

Call the phone number on the receipt and be sure to tell them the store number (also printed on the receipt).

It's not as though you were just asking for the cheese, you were willing to pay for the extra cheese. I am sure that there is a certain amount that they have to ration for extra whatever, but still, there was no reason for that employee to be rude.

No matter what fast food restaraunt you go to, there is always that one nasty employee that just doesn't care. To really annoy these people, I like to be soooo nice, that really ticks them off even more.

Like most people have already said, there should be a phone # on your receipt, if the nasty bitty gave you your receipt! I would try to call the local restaraunt, if you didn't want to go back there, talk to the manager and tell them what happened. I really don't think the manager is going to do anything to their employee (unless has had alot of complaints on the same person), there is such a high turn over rate in fast food, they don't care. Just don't go back to that location.

I work at a pizza place also, in the kitchen. I start out sweet, but once the customer gets nasty or rude with me, I drop my voice an octave and don't try that hard to be overly friendly. I ask the questions I am suppose too, and that's all the person is getting from me. When I do that, I feel better, but I also got the job done. I basically duplicate the attitude the customer has, and while some people might say that's not the way you are suppose to act, it still keeps me calm and they get their food.

Don't go back there again, and make sure you let other people know about the situation (specifically, that location). Sure, you can call the hotline and get free coupons. But, those coupons are marked to indicate that they are distributed in lieu of a customer complaint (think about that when you turn them in for "free" food). Sure, you can complain to the Manager. But seriously, what kind of remedy are you looking for? And, would you want to go back to that Wendy's after lodging a complaint (and the other employees recognize who you are, or the employee you complained about recognizes you or puts two and two together--mmmm, that should be tasty!).

The best way to hit that franchised Wendy's is to write a letter to the corporate headquarters letting them know what happened, let them know that you will not go back to that Wendy's and that you will let others know how dissatisfied you are with that store. Then, don't go there anymore (and don't use those coupons!), and let other people know (in passing, acquaintances, co-workers, etc) what happened to you. Believe me, hitting them by minimizing their profit over time will force them to make the necessary employee changes. If it happened to you, there's a good chance it probably happened to someone else, or will. Eventually, they will receive numerous complaints, and their profit margin will drop to a level that will require corporate to get involved (when people stop going to that Wendy's).

In reality, does it really matter? Take your business elsewhere, where people are courteous and can do their job professionally, no matter what kind of job they're in.

Most of the time, fast food chains have 800 numbers posted on their windows for the customer to call with a complaint or compliment. Call one of the Wendy's restaurants in your area and ask for the 800 number. Most of the time, you'll receive a coupon for a meal for free or something of that nature if you are complaining and the restaurant employee will receive a notice from the district manager that their was a complaint made on his/her part.

You can speak with the Manager either in person or over the phone. They may have a phone number you can call to leave a complaint. Look for that phone number of their containers or in the store. Also, most places have a web site where you can contact the company directly.

Good Luck.

I think most wendy's has an obnoxious employee. Speak with the store manager (usually it doesn't do any good) call corporate - and you can always write a letter to corporate or go to their website and file a complaint under comment.

You could go back to the reataurant and talk to the manager tomorrow and tell them what night/time you were there. They can see which employees were working and take care of it. If it was the manager being rude you can probably look at your reciept and get a 1-800 number off of it to call in. If all else fails go to the website and see if there is a number to call.

Contact them and let them know what happened. Below is the link where you can find phone number/e-mail address/mailing address. Be sure to tell them the store number, which you can find on your receipt and tell them everything that happened...including names if you can. I had an issue at Wendy's before and they were very helpful when I contacted them. I believe they even sent some coupons for free food.

Ask to speak to the manager of the restaurant. If that does not help, try writing a letter with your complaints to Wendy's head office. Tell them you tried to speak with the manager and nothing got done. They might then take you more seriously.
