The man I married in August 2007 was from Y!A and also England and yes I talked with him by phone after corresponding with him on here first. :o) I am from America. He flew here to USA after meeting on Y!A and talking by phone and by mail and exchanging photos, etc. He is now living in the USA, married to me and had never been to America before OR ever talked with anyone else in America before, either. :o)
