As in the electors in the Electoral College?

Each party puts up a list of names equal to the number of electoral votes each state gets based on its representation in Congress. If the party's nominee is the largest vote-getter in the state, those people are the state's representatives in the Electoral College, which meets in the state capital on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December (41 days after the election). They then cast their votes (most states, but not all, have rules about them having to vote for their parties' nominee) which are opened in Congress on January 6.
