The very first time you probably won't feel anything. The first time I smoked, nothing happened to me. This is typical of first time users. All the other people thought I just smoked a lot since all the hits didn't affect me.

This was the most entertaining question I read all night.
If it's the first time you smoked then probably nothing will happen (unless you smoked a huge amount). The second time you smoke you will probably get a little high.
Things might seem funny.
You'll focus on thoughts more than you might otherwise,
You probably won't feel too motivated.
Your mouth will get dry and you'll get hungry.
It will probably last an hour or so.
You might feel a little hung over the next day.
You won't get addicted and nothing too bad will happen so don't let people scare you. Though in NO way do I advocate smoking pot, cigarettes are more addictive and you'll kill more brain cells drinking. Of course the biggest difference is that neither of those (even though they're worse in some ways) is illegal, so keep that in mind. Most people I know who used to smoke just stopped because it gets boring and after you do it enough it just starts to make you feel tired so it loses it's interest. Some people do have addictive personalities however and can get addicted to food, porn, pot, or anything else you can name.
Oh yes. and as someone else mentioned. Don't drink when you smoke. They amplify each other and you may not react well to the combination.

Think about what your eating
Do not drive, ride a bike or cross the street
Do not do anything that could hurt you if you do not pay attention.
Avoid Stairs and enclosed spaces
if possible have sex, its awesome while high.... also awesome while sober but hey,
WHAT YOU MAY FEEL
like you legs are longer then before
really happy
like everything is glowing
ever sensation is different than before
every texture is different (feel everything)
you will be draws to everything high contrast (sit in a dark room with your cell phone and move it around)
there is one basic rule:

When you smoke the weed, depending on the quality, effects should take place between one to ten minutes. The effects of the weed depend on the person, the quality of the weed, and the amount of hits you take.
you can't predict how it's gonna effect you until you have smoked it. But it's generally the same overall. you will fell lightheaded, relaxed, and see things in a new way. generally you hear and see things different. But if you just get a buzz it's nothing major.
the effects will last normally up to four hours maximum. You also want to probly have food seeing as when your high, it seems like you could eat forever, kinda like a bottomless pit.
And seeing as it's you first time i'm going to warn you that if you take a big hit, you are gonna cough you lungs out. And if you don't cough than you didn't inhale it. you want to fill your mouth with smoke then take a deep breath. You throat burning and you are really gonna cough. But it's worth it.

Well, it will take a few minutes to feel the effect, then once you do you get cottonmouth, the munchies and everything is funny.HAHAHA, and according on how good the sh*t is and how much you've smoked you may be stoned for a few hours or maybe 4, it just depends. Then you will start to come down, when that happens, take a few more hits. Keep doing this all day.
Good luck and smoke one for me!!!LOL
Btw, don't listen to these people, the first time I smoked I was sooo high, and it was fun

Well...first you're going to cough and choke a bit. Then you'll likely feel dizzy: the room will spin some, you might feel sick to your stomach. You might vomit- perhaps not right away, but awhile later (a half hour to an hour later). Your depth perception will be off...probably will feel like vertigo. (The feeling you get when you're in a really tall building, looking down)...you might see colors more vividly. It's possible you might see things in a distorted way (from a distance a mailbox might look like something it isn't).. for example. You might feel a great sense of paranoia: like everyone is watching you. You'll probably feel very self-conscious. You might feel a bit (or a lot) of anxiety about these sensations: you might hate it, or feel afraid of it. You might feel overly warm (hot and sweaty). Your mouth might get very, very dry. You might decide to try and sleep it off- and you may or may not be able to do so.
Also, a lot of people have bad experiences with pot (worse than the things I mentioned above), some worse than others. It really depends on how the chemicals interact with your own personal body chemistry. There is no way to know exactly what you will or won't experience until you do it. But there are some people who actually really do end up regretting trying it. Most people really do end up experiencing quite a few of the things I mentioned above. It's not always a "good time", contrary to what some people will tell you. And for those who find it pleasurable, (who have no or little ill effects), pot is tremendously addicting (people will tell you it isn't, but trust me, I'm a recovering addict, and it IS addictive.) Once a person starts smoking pot more or less regularly, if you're young, your emotional growth becomes stunted. It interferes with you ability to learn. It becomes a maladaptive means of avoiding dealing with life's problems. You become dependent on it to be in a good mood. Then you become dependent on it just to feel normal. You'll spend all your money on it. You'll lose friends. Your parents won't trust you anymore. You'll lose interest in activities that you once enjoyed very much, and you'll spend a good deal of time thinking about it, doing it, or looking for it. If you don't get it under control yourself, you'll end up in treatment, and only after you've made quite a mess of your life. How do I know this? Because I started smoking pot at 15, and I never thought I'd ever end up addicted. Neither did my friends. But by 16, we were all addicts...and I remained that way until I was 33 years old. I lost most of the prime years of my life to addiction. It can happen to you. Kids never think bad things will happen to them...they think they know better than adults do about these things...but trust me, I know what I'm talking about. If I could turn back the hands of time, and I could know then what I know now, I would not have tried pot at all. I can't get those lost years back. You are at a crossroad, and you can make choices now that will affect the rest of your life. Using drugs is one of those choices. Know how serious it really is. Don't chances with the quality of your future- you have so much of it ahead of you! If I were you, I'd seriously think about all of this before you start doing it. It's not worth it.

You've already started, so it's too late for me to tell you not to. So here goes. Yes you will get the "munchies" you'll want to eat everything in sight. You'll come down off of the "high" and feel pretty tired and sleepy. Way too soon your brain cells will start to deminish. You'll begin to forget the simple things. ie Did this happen today or yesterday? If you're smart you'll stop now while you can still remember to. "I wouldn't tell you nothing i havent already experienced!"

....i hope ur old enough.....but usually after 3-4 good deep tokes, u should be able to feel the high
1-3 min.....nothing happens really....if it's ur first time, ur gonna cough like crazy....if u dont cough, then ur not inhaling the smoke into ur lungs.....so expect to cough a lot
and yes ur throat will feel like burning
then 5-10 min is when the high kicks in.....the build up.....u will have the pastys.....which is just the feeling of dryness in ur mouth, and ur gona want to drink a lot of water....and then the munchies.....lots and lots of chips
then 10min-1 hour.....the climax of ur high, ull most likely be zoning out....the back of ur neck, top of ur head and maybe other body parts will start feeling numb.....for me it felt like i had sand bags over my head
u lose concentration, reaction slowed, but not dizzy.....just....really slow
after an hour or 2, depending on how good ur tokes were and how well ur body filters out the weed, u can feel the buzz begin to fade.....but it'll take at least a good night's sleep b4 it's all gone
even though i don't think anyone under 16-18 should smoke weed, because they're too young still....it's a much better alternative than drinking alcohol
weed is NOT addictive....there's no physical addiction....but some people become stoners because their life sucks
weed is the better alternative to alcohol and cigarrettes....
because it's cheaper and faster to get ur buzz going, and like i said, ur body does not become addicted to the substance so u can quit any time as long as ur willing to
it's impossible to OD on weed.....or at least never heard of.....and i am also yet to hear of death caused by weed
weed does not ruin ur life or make u stupid.....that's just an ignorant assumption......video games do more damage to ur grades than weed
ive been smoking pot for 4 years....started in grade 10...finished high school with 3.4 gpa......right now studying for my electrical engineering degree....i smoke up prolly once a month with my buddies
