this is the wonderful part of fantasy: you get to make it up! dragons don't exist, so no one gets to tell you what sounds they make! they can make any sounds you want them to!

isn't that great?

Think of the sound the jets of a hot air balloon makes - or a jet engine crossed with an eagles cry...

Or an oink! - just kidding. Some people here have such odd senses of humor.

Does your dragon have dry scales? Do they rasp?
Does he have sharp claws? Do they click on the ground?
What about his wings?
Is your dragon old or sad? Does he moan and sigh?
Does he wheeze?
