The year was 1976. Tampa Bay lost their first 26 games in their team existence. They went 0-14 in 1976 and 2-12 their second season, only winning their last two games of the year again the Saints 33-14 and the L.A. Rams 17-7.

It WAS 1976! John McKay was the coach. A reporter once asked McKay about his team's execution, after a game, and he said he was in favor of it.
