Yes, I had a short disaster of a marriage to an abusive, violent sociopath who coveted only what I earned, owned, and could purchase ...
I walked away from what I had with MY LIFE and My Children's Lives ... which is the MOST important thing for sure.
Now .. IF I do get married once again .. I WILL be doing a Pre-Nup ... mainly because in the past couple of decades, it has been hard work, but I have BUILT myself back up (financially) from LESS than nothing to be an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree with HER own HOME, her own PENSION, and yes, I am FREE ... and that is what I EARNED! THIS is MY future .. and I want my Retirement years to be happy.

Every relationship I gave way too much. I am not in a relationship now and I don't plan on it for awhile either. I guess I will take a long time to get involved, check the person out and find out more about them.

This girl named Vanessa took me to the cleaners. I would buy things for her take her out to eat at Ruth Chris Steakhouse( it's not cheap) and all along she was cheating on me. From now on I am going to be the tightest person with money.If the girl want to get something to eat we will go to Burger King, If she want a Christmas present. I'll get her something off Ebay.

OH YES! i learned that it is good to give and to help out but it should be watched carefully and stopping it all together when things seem to be going too far
