No, it is not true. There is a lot of good informantion on reliable sites. In a way, I't like a library some of the books are true, some partially and some are just stories. You need to check several sources and compare to ensure that you have the truth.

the internet is most powerful source of information ever created by people. however, you must learn how to do right search and find useful information. how to use search engine lycos> there are also thing called DEEP web. so basical the internet is like pyramid structure.
