Any color you find in nature. Shades of greens, khaki, brown, white, tan, black, green-greys, burgundy and certain shades of dark blue.
Find another piece of fabric that is patterned that has your shade of green you are trying to match and other colors. What ever colors are in that fabric with your green will match your green fabric. Just walk around the fabric store comparing the colors until you find something you like.

Definitely brown. Darker is better; you want it to be the same hue as the green. Depending on what third color the pants are, white will be too much contrast and so will yellow. Black is okay, but whatever you do no reds or oranges! = )

Depends on what you are going for. In my opinion, I like sophisticated, new york styles. I would use it with black, gray, white, and silver.
Other wise do camel, khaki,BROWN, cream and pile with lots of gold and beads!
