It's possible, but unlikely, especially if you have been breastfeeding.

But wow, sister - how have you been able to have sex so soon after a c-section? It was so painful for me, for so long....

Yes of course it's a possibility. Periods are strange for the first few cycles after you have a baby however there's always a chance to become pregnant again. I'm surprised you started having sex that early after a c-section. My doctor told us to wait at least 6 weeks. The link below gives some info. Good luck!

Well, of course it's POSSIBLE....whether likely or not is yet to be seen. For example, are you breastfeeding, if so, it's not likely you're pregnant. It might just be post partum bleeding too. I too had a c-section. I bled for about 5 weeks, quit, and then two weeks later spotted off and on for a couple of days. I finally got the "real thing" about two weeks after that. Bottom line-your body is really jacked up after pregnancy, and it takes a while to get back to normal. HOWEVER-if you don't want to get pregnant, ya better get some BC or abstain!!

You are more than welcome to have sex 7.5 weeks out. The recomendation is nothing in the vagina 6 weeks post a NSVD. C/S's are different. If you are breastfeeding, the increase in progesterone often causes amenorrhea (absense of a period) but not always. It is very possible that if you had unprotected sex you could be pregnant. I would definatley take a pregnancy test.

oh God, I hope for your sake no, but my brothers are 9 months and 3 weeks apart. My mom went in for her 6 week check up and was already 3 weeks pregnant with the next. I guess that is why they waited 7 years for me. LOL

Yes it is. But not having period after giving birth for a few months is also common. The only way to tell is to take a pregnancy test.

Are you breastfeeding? Breastfeedin prevents ovulation. If not there is a chance that you could be pregnant. If you are really worried, take a hpt. or go see your dr.
