The music of the Godfather ( known in Italy as "il Padrino")has been composed by Nino Rota. The soundtrack's title in Italian is "Parla più piano" (Speak in a lower voice) but it's also known as "Speak softly love" .
"Once upon a time in America"'s soundtrack (In Italian "C'era una volta in America") has been composed by Ennio Morricone.-
Morricone has composed also the soundtrack of "The Untouchable" (Gli Intoccabili) .
"Scarface" soundtrack has been composed by an other Italian Giorgio Moroder.

An other soundtrack related to mafia's movies, but not by an Italianauthor, could be "Donnie Brasco" (by Patrick Doyle)

In addition to above I would say all the songs of the movie
"Goodfellas" (Quei bravi ragazzi).

An Italian club!? Exotic! Well, I can't be one to express great recipes, as I just eat Italian Food, but I have some good ideas! 1. Take a trip to Olive Garden or another Italian resturant! Study the food, the presentation, and, if possible, try to talk with one of the chefs! Take many notes! (Raising money would be a key factor) 2. Have everyone cook their favorite Italian recipes! Or, get people to team up based on recipes. On presentation day, everyone gets a taste sample, then, gets let on their secret recipes! Have fun!
