I've been married nearly 20 yrs. You go to the store and you buy her chocolate. A whole box. Then you go find a video game or a book and you don't say anything and you don't do anything and you don't speak unless you are spoken to. Try to be helpful. Wash the dishes or sweep up or something (unless she tells you to leave it alone). Mainly, just stay away and be very noncommital to anything unless she specifically indicates she needs a hug or something. Find lots of reasons to go out. And if she starts something, just act ignorant as if you suddenly became retarded. Just grin and say 'ok' a lot. That's all you can do. Don't forget the chocolate.

I would just be sure to let her be angry and don't try to argue with her no matter whether she's right or wrong. At that point, a fight is bound to start if shes pmsing and you start arguing with her. I don't think she needs you do do anything but compliment her. Girls always feel like they look gross and they feel gross too during their period so just tell her how pretty she looks. You could also just do somthing abnormally nice thats not overboard but just a kind gesture like taking her to her favorite restaurant or maybe getting her favorite magazine.
Hope I helped!

Speaking as a woman, I wish men would understand (and the mature ones do) that when we have PMS, we really can't control it. It's hormones, and we have zero control over it.
And, get this, we realize we are being ....testy, but most of the time we can't stop it. I wish I could when I get that way, or get weepy.
The best thing my husband does is not treat me differently then any other day. It's over in 2 days, and things are normal again.
If she says something that really hurts your feelings, just push it aside for a few days...chances are she really doesn't mean it, but is just dealing with icky hormones.

I find I like my lower back rubbed and I like to be cuddled without feeling like my guy is looking for sex. That turns me on and then he gets pleased in other ways. Be gentle, understanding and calm and she will show her appreciation in ways you will love.

do whatever she tells you to do.... if she doesn't want you near her, then be sure to stay away. If she doesn't mind you being around, be super sweet to her and don't under any circumstance hint the fact that she's in a b****y mood. And do not, I repeat do not, ask for sex.

Sit down, shut up, and don't be such a male. Don't fuss around her, just let her alone, unless she says she wants something.
