because im trying to watch my weight and am wondering how i can find the vegetable content(percentage)

i gotta agree, if ur watching ur weight u shouldnt be eating at Mcdonalds at all, even fast food. subtract that from ur diet, eat healthy like subway, and always looked for a grilled chicken ceasar salad not fried chicken though. stay away from there and u should be good

I think that information is available on the back of the tray liner the ones with the nutrition info on there or you might try there website

My advice? If your watching your weight then dont eat at Mcdonalds at all.

Most hamburgers have filler like carrots,celery, and bread so i don't know ask for nutional value menu on your visit the are supposed to have one on site it's law (federal).
