Do I think moral responsibility exists?

Only if God exists do I have a moral obligation and that obligation is to God.

A responsibility that we can take or not take at our discretion is not responsible. True responsibility has to include moral oversight and moral obligation to a higher moral authority.

Yes, but it seems to be a dying trade...Something may not be moral, but it sure is legal, in some situations.

Yes! Respect, dignity, love of others, brotherhood, healthcare, not to kill, not to steal, etc... absolutely! It's very alive and does exist!
