Worst Sci-fi movie has got to be "Mars Attack", and the worst horror is definitely (you picked it) "Blair Witch Project"! They were so pitiful, it's unbelievable!

I have never seen it, but Attack of the Killer Tomatoes was supposed to be REALLY awful. I actually like the first Blair Witch movie. I HATED THE GRUDGE!!! One of the worst movies I have ever ever ever ever ever seen in my whole life!
As for science fiction, Ultraviolet or any of the Pokemon movies....

Worst horror movie has to be "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes"....Though it was classified a horror movie, it is more funny than it is horror, and the dubbing of it was horrible--there are many places where what the person says doesn't matchup with the lip movements....
