Well I guess piano wouldn't count since it's too heavy anyway. but let me think...
1. Sheet music-I have a hole collection and music is extremely important to me. It's also a way for me to connect with the fantastical life, and a way to express my emotions.
2. Junior high yearbook/autograph book-I transfered schools 2 years into high school and left all my friends and they're the only things I have left from them... at least some memories..
3. (this is so hard.. my mind just went blank and I can't think of anything.. so.. I'm just gonna say anything that comes to mind..) My guitar maybe.. Same reason as #1 but also it reminds me of guitar classes in my old school.. with my other friends... Now it's all gone.

My daddy's flag (navy vet, died in 81), my bag with deeds, certificates, licenses and...I can't think of the 3rd thing right now...maybe a glass pitcher that belonged to my grandmother...What?? Did you just get back from seeing that new Halle Berry movie "things we lost in the fire" or something??? (Is it even out yet?) Hope it was good.

I don't have much, but if I could run back in and get 3 things, I'd probably go with my high school diploma, the tower to my computer, and my photo album.

My pictures and home videos, since they all are memories of the kids growing, and all the important papers which are all in one folder, such as birth certificates, social security cards, marriage license, the kids immunization shot records, etc. : )

First,I'd grab my purse (Id, Credit Cards etc) without it your basically a lost soul.
Second,Photo Albums of my kids, you can never replace them.
The third one would be anything of sentimental value to you.
The rest can burn, it can be replaced and it has no real value.
