Charity begins at home.
I'd help the homeless.

I already do give, but not nearly as much as I would like. I love Make A Wish, the local animal shelter, the local food bank and March of Dimes and The Cancer Society. I wish I had more to give, there are so many worthy causes out there.

The Smile Train. An international org. that provides cleft lip and palate repairs for children in over 40 developing countries. The Board of Directors pays all overhead so every dollar goes to education and surgeries. You can change a child's life forever with a complete surgery for $250. Our company raised $10K for them a couple years ago and I still do what I can. smiletrain.org. check it out. peace

If I were rich I would give smaller (but generous amounts) to multiple charities. One for sure is for Humane Societies, for premature or sick infants, homeless, and I'm sure I could think of more.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis is the charity I would give millions to if I had it. I think no child should have to experience the fear of cancer. They should be having fun and playing instead.

I would give it to a family member before I gave it to strangers. All that work, at least someone blood related could enjoy it. I could use it to put family memebers through school, buy them homes, or whatever. Keep it in the family.
