how often do you go out to eat?

my boyfriend and i eat out a LOT -- we are in college. i want to know if this is normal, so if you could please include either your age & how much you dine out now or how much you dined out in college, thatd be great!

We got out for lunch or dinner once a week, to average restaurants or Codys' SteakHouse ever two weeks.

I dine out probably 75% of the time and I am 27. My boyfriend and I both work in the restaurant industry, so we have really odd hours, and I am going back to college in the spring, so that won't help either.... When you hold odd hours and you don't have a family to cook for, it is perfectly normal to eat out all the time :)

Pretty much everyday since college. The problem is it is so much easier than going home and cooking after a long day of classes/work. Just make sure you always try to get healthy food. Like veggie wraps from the deli, or vegetarian choices from the Indian buffet, or grilled checken breast instead of the fried patty. More salads too, and skip the dressing--go for lemon wedges instead. That's how I stay healthy and eat out so much...

I'm 42, my husband is 48 & our boys are 11, 9 & 6. Where we live it is too much of a hassle to eat out, so probably once every other week or so.
When I was in college I still didn't eat out much, but when my husband was in medical school, he ate out 4 or 5 times a week.

I'm 37, I work part time, go to school part time ,and a single mother of 3. I pack lunch 3 days out of the week,2 days I buy. Once a week ,if all goes well , I take my kids out to eat.

Times I eat somewhere besides home: Between 0-3 times a week. I used to eat Arby's, Taco Bell, Wendy's, or another fast food place about 5 times a week but then I stopped eating fast food.

Ate out constantly in college, mostly pizza joints or pubs. Now I'm 37, hub is 45, dtr is 13 and we go out about once a week or so.

we go out 4 times a week. I am in my 40's and we usually spend about $50 a night. neither one of us drinks alcohol so it makes it cheaper for us to eat better! in college I ate out all the time, who had time to cook??

I have been out of college for awhile. I think everyday i ate at the red lobster by my job. Now it's just the weekends.
