Have a real nice time with some clean dry friends and have lots of fun. I'd skip the boozing fun time many would encourage. Booze doesn't do anything good for you. Go out for a nice meal, get a nice massage, go get your hair fixed up nice, and rejoice that you're reached this milestone.
